Linda Lee + Elizabeth Wojciak at RAGC

Linda Lee and Elizabeth Wojciak have been sharing studios for 6 years before they joined Praxis Artspace Studios eight, 8 years ago.

Sharing a studio has precipitated a desire to create a body of work in collaboration. Some of their collaborative and individual works are on display at the Royal Adelaide Golf Club.

Their process was an ongoing visual dialogue, an exchange of ideas, conversations and experimentations. A variety of subject matters and motifs are woven through the works, they reflect on contracts of beauty and perceptions of identity from a female perspective. They strove to produce works that depicted their different painting styles synthesising to create unique pieces which are unified by the selected colour palettes.
